Retail Sales Associate – Resort Shop

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Club Med Resorts you will welcome guests, understand their needs and create a trusted relationship. You will ensure the shop is inviting, creatively merchandised and drive sales performance. Your friendly, attentive attitude and passion for new challenges will help increase turnover.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients, identify their needs and provide advice.
• Perform till operations and handle transactions.
• Create window displays and table layouts following Club Med standards.
• Implement and restock clothing and accessories to promote sales.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to valorise products.
• Monitor and analyse product sales and performance.
• Promote, animate and highlight commercial actions.
• Collaborate with other resort services (sports, events) to increase store visibility.
• Ensure compliance with Club Med health and safety rules and maintain assets.
