Retail Sales Associate (M/W)

About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Club Med Resorts you will be the friendly face of the shop, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and helping them find the perfect products. You will combine creativity with sales performance to ensure the store is attractive, well‑stocked, and aligned with Club Med standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, identify their needs and provide personalized advice.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and cash‑handling procedures.
• Create window displays and table arrangements that follow Club Med visual standards.
• Implement and restock clothing and accessories, ensuring optimal product presentation.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to showcase merchandise.
• Monitor sales data, analyse product performance and contribute to turnover growth.
• Promote and animate commercial actions and special offers.
• Collaborate with other resort services (sports, events, etc.) to increase store visibility.
• Ensure compliance with health‑and‑safety rules and maintain store assets.
