Resources Manager – Audit Division

About the role

The Resources Manager will support Deloitte’s Audit division by planning, allocating and optimizing human resources to meet client and business objectives. This role works closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and aligns resource strategies with the firm’s overall goals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, plan and optimize allocation of human resources across audit projects.
• Assign staff based on client requirements and division strategy.
• Develop deep business understanding of the audit division and its service offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with managers to capture departmental staffing needs.
• Coordinate daily and weekly resource planning activities.
• Utilize the company’s resource management system to execute and monitor staffing plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting (mandatory).
• High level of English proficiency (mandatory).
• Proven experience leading cross‑organizational projects (mandatory).
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex and sensitive situations, multitask and prioritize.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of large teams.
