Regional Marketing Manager – Israel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to build and scale Wonderful’s brand and market presence across Israel. You will partner directly with the Regional General Manager to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and drive growth throughout the customer lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing plans that support revenue targets and business objectives.
• Lead integrated programs covering awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, customer marketing, advocacy, and retention.
• Manage field marketing activities, including executive engagements, flagship events, partner marketing, PR, and content communications.
• Localise global messaging and campaigns for regional enterprise audiences.
• Design and run account‑based marketing (ABM) programs targeting priority enterprise accounts.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, analysts, media, and industry influencers.
• Oversee regional marketing budget, agency relationships, and external vendors.
• Measure, analyse, and report on performance to optimise ROI and provide market intelligence.

Required profile

• 8+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience, with strong field‑marketing and demand‑generation background.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and commercial teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Hands‑on experience in ABM, partner marketing, integrated campaigns, PR, content marketing, and communications.
• Deep understanding of enterprise go‑to‑market strategies and the full customer lifecycle.
• Experience translating product messaging into compelling regional campaigns.
