Recruiter – US & EMEA Market

About the role

Coralogix is seeking a passionate Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full‑cycle recruiting for its US and EMEA markets. You will work closely with hiring managers and agencies to attract top talent for a fast‑growing observability platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple key areas, from sourcing to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to provide professional insights and define hiring needs.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience with timely communication.
• Write and post job descriptions on career sites and social media.
• Lead cross‑functional recruiting initiatives, including employer branding, employee referrals, and diversity programs.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in a hyper‑growth environment.
• Native‑level English communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or related field (advantageous).
