About the role

We are seeking a professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office in Petah Tikva. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests, candidates, clients and vendors, and manage the reception area.
Answer and direct phone calls, handle emails, mail, deliveries and daily office communications.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, courses and internal events.
Work with external vendors, process invoices and ensure timely follow‑up.
Maintain an organized, welcoming office space and support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

Previous reception or administrative experience in a global company or startup.
Very high‑level English proficiency.
Proven experience dealing with vendors and managing email communications.
Strong interpersonal and customer‑service orientation.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
