Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist at Soho House you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s "home away from home" ethos. You will work closely with the hospitality team to ensure every interaction is friendly, efficient, and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members by name and welcome guests with genuine hospitality.
• Handle a high volume of phone calls, messages, and reservation enquiries for the hotel and restaurant.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with members and guests.
• Provide real‑time support, directing inquiries and resolving concerns or complaints promptly.
• Assist the team with ad‑hoc tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
