R&D Project Manager - Workforce AI Security

About the role

Join Workforce AI Security, the team protecting how enterprises use generative AI. You will lead R&D projects that span endpoint clients, browser extensions, cloud services and AI‑agent security capabilities in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Manage development projects across the Workforce AI Security portfolio, from idea generation through design, execution, alpha testing and release.
• Own project content, ensuring it addresses real customer needs and emerging AI threats.
• Lead quality assurance interactions and drive the project plan to productive execution.
• Coordinate with external parties such as other R&D groups, security research, product management and customer‑facing teams.
• Work directly with proof‑of‑concept and design‑partner customers, turning feedback into product direction.
• Track the AI security landscape—new AI applications, agent platforms and attack techniques—and translate findings into concrete project scopes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in an R&D environment.
• Proven ability to lead a project end‑to‑end and collaborate with cross‑functional peers.
• Comfort operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast‑moving product area.
• Background in security is a major advantage.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies, generative AI applications or agentic AI is a major advantage.
• Experience working directly with customers is a plus.
• Experience delivering endpoint or cloud/SaaS products is a plus.
