About the role

We are looking for a Quantum Error Correction Research Scientist to join our Tel Aviv R&D centre. You will bridge theory and experiment, ensuring calibration and control decisions support long‑term fault‑tolerant quantum computing goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop error models based on experimental calibration data.
• Analyze how control errors affect logical qubit performance.
• Guide calibration priorities from a quantum error correction perspective.
• Collaborate with experimental, AI, and theoretical teams to support the fault‑tolerance roadmap.

Required profile

• PhD in quantum information or a closely related field.
• Strong background in quantum error correction and decoding.
• Proven ability to connect theoretical concepts with experimental reality.
