Quality Inspector – Ground Systems

About the role

We are seeking a Quality Inspector to join our Ground Systems team at our Haifa site. In this role you will drive quality processes for complex aerospace systems, collaborating with customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing and procurement across Israel and abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and engineering reviews with design subcontractors, conducting quality audits and leading improvement plans.
• Perform quality control activities for subcontractors and suppliers, including qualification, acceptance inspections and First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Lead failure investigations, root‑cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain configuration control and ensure compliance with customer requirements and aerospace quality standards.
• Travel frequently to supplier sites and customer locations for audits and support.

Required profile

• Practical Engineer or Engineering Technician degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and customer requirements.
• High proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel abroad regularly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross‑functional processes independently.
