Quality Engineer (Medical Devices)

About the role

The Quality Engineer will support Taryag Sterilization and Labs in maintaining and improving its Quality Management System across all operations. This position works closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and to drive continuous improvement in a fast‑growing medical‑device environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the Quality Management System throughout the company.
• Maintain the controlled document system, including creation, review, revision, and updating of quality documents.
• Initiate, write, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and change controls, ensuring timely resolution.
• Coordinate employee training and qualification records.
• Plan and conduct internal audits in line with the Quality Manual, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support preparation for external audits and regulatory inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (required); Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
• Previous Quality Assurance experience in the medical‑device industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485.
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
