לחברת אומריקס מקבוצת Johnson Johnson דרוש/ה Quality Engineer מנוסה להשתלבות בתפקיד המשלב הנדסת איכות, אנליטיקה ודיגיטליזציה בסביבת ייצור מתקדמת ורגולטורית (GMP).נס ציונה | משרה מלאה והיברידית | העסקה באמצעות מיקור חוץ | העסקה מוגדרת עד סוף 2027* תמיכה הנדסית בתהליכי איכות, ייצור ושרשרת אספקה.* הובלת תהליכי שיפור מתמיד, ניהול סיכונים ופתרון בעיות איכות.* פיתוח דשבורדים, דוחות אוטומטיים וכלי BI באמצעות Power BI.* ניתוח נתונים, זיהוי מגמות והפקת תובנות עסקיות.* הובלת יוזמות דיגיטליזציה ואוטומציה במחלקת האיכות.* טיפול בתהליכי CAPA, NCR, Validation ו-Change Control.* עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים מגוונים בארגון.דרישות התפקיד: * תואר ראשון בהנדסה, מדעי החיים או תחום רלוונטי - חובה.* לפחות 3-5 שנות ניסיון בהנדסת איכות או Quality Operations בסביבת GMP - חובה.* ניסיון מוכח ב-CAPA, NCR, Root Cause Analysis, Validation ו-Change Control.* ניסיון משמעותי ב-Power BI ו-Excel ברמה גבוהה - חובה.* ניסיון עם SQL, Power Query, Power Automate או Tableau - יתרון.* אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
