Quality Engineer

About the role

The Quality Engineer will support and maintain quality processes across production, development, suppliers, and customer‑related activities. You will ensure that products meet stringent standards and drive continuous improvement throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define, write, and oversee quality inspection and testing activities (IQC, IPQC, OQC) in production and development environments.
• Manage non‑conformance processes, including MRB activities, CAPA follow‑up, and customer complaints.
• Write, update, and implement quality procedures, work instructions, and related documentation.
• Prepare for ISO 9001 audits and lead internal and external audit activities.
• Support supplier quality management, monitor performance, and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor final product and process performance, analyze quality data, and report abnormal trends.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure effective implementation of quality requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, process stability, and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing, medical devices, electro‑optical, electronics, defense, or similar technology environments.
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• Relevant quality certifications, ISO 9001 auditor training, or formal QA training (advantage).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work according to defined procedures and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English & Hebrew skills.
