QMS Quality Engineer

About the role

Mobileye is looking for a QMS Quality Engineer to drive quality across the organization. You will define and monitor cross‑company processes, support internal and external assessments, and ensure that automotive standards such as ASPICE, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 9001 are consistently applied.

Key responsibilities

• Define cross‑company quality processes with stakeholders and track effectiveness using agreed KPIs.
• Perform internal assessments and support external audits.
• Create templates, deliver training, and coach teams on process implementation and tool usage.
• Collaborate with management to set quality work plans, measurable goals, and present results during Quality Management Reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and data‑driven analysis.
• Support quality‑related issues with customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in quality engineering, electrical engineering, software engineering, mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience implementing QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025) in large multidisciplinary hardware/software organizations.
• At least 5 years of internal auditing experience according to ISO 19001.
• Experience with information systems such as PLM, ALM and Jira.
• Highly organized, process‑oriented, and able to manage complex parallel tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
