QA Student – Document Transfer & Scanning

About the role

This internship supports a critical system upgrade by moving legacy documents from Lotus Notes to the new ManGo platform. You will also scan physical papers and organise them into clearly defined folders, ensuring a smooth transition for the quality‑systems team.

Key responsibilities

• Transfer electronic documents from Lotus Notes to ManGo.
• Scan paper documents, verify image quality, and store them in the appropriate digital folders.
• Maintain accurate records of migrated files and report progress to the supervisor.
• Assist with any additional tasks assigned by the Quality Systems supervisor.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant study programme (e.g., information management, quality assurance, or related field).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Lotus Notes.
• Experience using or willingness to learn the ManGo document‑management system.
