Public Relations Coordinator & Front Desk Agent

About the role

Club Med Resorts is looking for a friendly, multilingual professional to join the guest‑facing team as a Public Relations Coordinator and Front Desk Agent. You will be the first point of contact for international guests, delivering personalized service and ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and on‑site events.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and inform guests, providing tailored assistance throughout their stay.
• Register arrivals and departures, manage the switchboard, handle cash invoices and monitor deferred operations.
• Act as the primary contact for organizing nationality‑specific events such as meals and information sessions.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, laundry and restaurant departments to maintain up‑to‑date village knowledge.
• Develop internal sales opportunities and ensure accurate invoicing for stays and meals generated by local sales.
• Uphold Club Med’s hygiene, safety standards and property maintenance.

Required profile

• Sociable and attentive, with a talent for building trusting relationships with guests.
• Fluent in at least two languages and comfortable interacting with an international clientele.
• Helpful mindset, able to find appropriate solutions for guest requests.
