Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

abra professional services is looking for an experienced Technology Project Manager to lead cross-organizational initiatives from concept through to go-live. The role involves translating business needs into robust technology solutions and ensuring seamless delivery across multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology projects and business processes across the organization.
• Map existing processes and produce detailed development specification documents.
• Convert business requirements into applicable technology solutions.
• Collaborate with managers, end-users, development teams and external suppliers.
• Prioritize tasks, monitor progress and drive projects to successful implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technology projects.
• Native-level written and spoken English.
• Broad understanding of technology and ability to work closely with development teams.
• Proven experience in writing specifications and mapping processes.
• Strong independent leadership with an organized, systemic perspective.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (advantage).
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP and Business Intelligence systems.
• Background in complex, multi-interface environments.
• Exposure to AI-based systems or artificial-intelligence projects.
