Project Manager – Renewable Energy Construction

About the role

Enlight Renewable Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy construction projects across Israel and Europe. You will oversee solar farms, energy storage systems, and wind projects from inception through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including procurement, contract negotiations, contractor selection, financial close, on‑site construction, and handover.
• Control project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk, developing and implementing mitigation plans.
• Coordinate internal functions such as business development, engineering, procurement, and finance.
• Engage external stakeholders including contractors, equipment suppliers, supervision firms, business partners, and lenders.
• Provide regular updates and represent project progress to internal management and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical, industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing infrastructure or energy projects valued at tens of millions of NIS, with proven contractor, schedule, budget, and risk management.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector and managing international projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent self‑management, ability to prioritize and handle multiple interfaces.
• High proficiency in English (spoken, reading, writing).

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite.
• MS Project or Primavera for project scheduling.
