Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑energy, fast‑learning Project Manager to lead full‑lifecycle physical product projects from concept to market launch. You will act as the operational glue between Product, R&D, Operations, Marketing and external suppliers, turning complex plans into real‑world results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary consumer‑product projects that combine hardware, software, mechanics, packaging and production.
• Own project plans, schedules, tasks, meeting summaries, risk logs, documentation and release‑readiness checklists.
• Track project budgets, target BOM costs and resource allocation.
• Lead project meetings, follow up on action items and ensure closure.
• Collaborate closely with factories, OEM/ODM partners and international subcontractors.
• Support certification, compliance, production readiness and post‑launch improvements.
• Provide clear visibility to management on project status, risks and priorities.

Required profile

• 2–3 years+ of technical/multidisciplinary project management experience (software, hardware, mechanics) or a proven track record leading complex projects.
• Basic knowledge in electronics and mechanics; engineering degree preferred (IE&M, Electrical or Mechanical).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.
• Willingness to work with China and US time zones and travel to China ~3–4 times per year.
• Strong fit: experience with international suppliers, consumer electronics, ISO standards and certifications.
