Programme Controls Manager

About the role

Egis, an international engineering consultancy group active in railways, water, energy, aviation, roads, ports and buildings, is looking for a Programme Controls Manager in Holon. The role leads areas of programme management and manages project controls professionals covering scheduling, cost, forecasting, estimating, planning, digital strategies, database and document control.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project controls professionals and develop and maintain project controls processes and systems on large projects, including initial programme setup
• Write procedures and deliver executive-level reports such as dashboard charts, construction progress checklists and monthly reports
• Take part in project and contract planning, issuance, scheduling, assessment, change negotiation and claims mitigation and resolution

Required profile

• Professional engineer with 15+ years of experience in major infrastructure projects including mass transit
• Project controls experience in estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost and schedule control and project reporting
• Bachelor's or similar degree in construction or engineering (preferred)
• International experience is mandatory
• Preferred: strong scheduling and PMIS background, ability to interpret construction schedules, and certifications such as PSP, PMP, PE, CM, EVP, PMI-SP or CST
