Programmatic Account Manager

About the role

Apester is looking for a Programmatic Account Manager to lead and grow relationships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs and agencies. The role blends account management, programmatic operations, data analysis and business development to drive performance and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand relationships with publishers, supply‑side platforms, demand‑side platforms, agencies and other demand partners.
• Manage daily programmatic operations across supply and demand streams.
• Track monetization and campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Analyze performance data, market trends and core KPIs to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Ad Operations and Business teams to improve platform performance and partner outcomes.
• Support partner onboarding, technical setup, issue resolution and ongoing account growth.
• Develop long‑term strategic partnerships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain high client satisfaction, improve retention and drive account expansion.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech or account management.
• Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem (SSPs, DSPs, ad exchanges, RTB, Prebid).
• Proven experience managing publisher and/or demand‑side partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into optimization recommendations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Independent, ownership‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
