Program Manager - PET Programs

About the role

The Program Manager leads a cross-functional team of leaders and their project teams for PET programs in Haifa, delivering project objectives. The role drives clarity by continuously defining and prioritizing work and setting the critical success factors and deliverables for the team.

Key responsibilities

• Own program success, delivering engineering innovation within time, budget, quality and performance constraints, and guide continuous delivery of products supporting the business strategy.
• Create and ensure effective communication across business functions, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with Product Leadership and Business Leadership to align the program with market dynamics.
• Lead program planning, drive trade-offs and manage risks from early planning through execution.
• Support the team in solving complex problems, covering concept discussion, execution, rollout, training, pilot trials and clinical evaluations until deployment to serial production.
• Work with customers to gather input and feedback on quality and customer expectations.
• Provide expert guidance on technical and functional aspects and help steward intellectual property and project documentation security.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science discipline, with at least 2 years of cross-functional project and/or technical leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in program management or project leadership of multi-disciplinary systems in a development, technical, manufacturing or research environment.
• Proven ability to meet project goals while satisfying quality, performance, schedule and budget targets.
• Experience with the full product lifecycle, from concept through end of life.

Required skills

• Familiarity with IEC, FDA EMC and other regulatory standards.
• Engineering knowledge, program management and business planning processes.
