Program Architect

About the role

Salesforce is seeking a Program Architect to join its Israel Professional Services team. In this hybrid position you will act as a strategic advisor and platform visionary for complex public‑sector and enterprise accounts, helping customers design and adopt AI‑driven solutions that blend human agents with digital agents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑scale architecture across strategic accounts, coordinating multiple architects and guiding customers from requirements through delivery.
• Serve as a trusted C‑suite advisor on the adoption of Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI‑powered automation.
• Partner with engagement managers and project teams to review implementation approaches, manage risks, and ensure scalable, best‑practice solutions.
• Mentor junior architects, contribute to pre‑sales activities, and build internal knowledge bases.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience as an architect driving digital transformation in large, matrixed organizations.
• Hands‑on expertise across enterprise architecture domains, including cloud platforms, integration technologies, Data Cloud, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to design and deploy AI‑powered, agentic solutions for real business use cases.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
