Production Group Leader

About the role

The Production Group Leader is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line, including service shops. The role works within a defined operations framework and follows step‑by‑step standard procedures to achieve production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production tasks according to prescribed instructions and work instructions.
• Maintain quality standards for all work performed.
• Resolve operational issues using established procedures and consult supervisors when needed.
• Collaborate with team members to address problems and improve processes.
• Support customer‑facing activities by building strong relationships and communicating technical information clearly.

Required profile

• Basic experience in manufacturing and production environments.
• Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high‑school diploma with relevant experience.
• For U.S. locations, a Bachelor’s degree or a high‑school diploma/GED with at least six years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
