Product Supply Manager

About the role

Join Arbex, a leading tissue and hygiene brand owner, and lead the Supply Planning team that serves iconic brands such as Lily®, Kleenex®, Scott®, and others. You will be responsible for tactical and mill planning across three manufacturing sites and bought‑in goods, ensuring product availability for the Israeli market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of planners covering strategic, tactical and mill planning for in‑house and bought‑in products across three manufacturing sites.
• Ensure product availability to meet target customer service levels throughout Israel.
• Develop and execute inventory management strategies and tools to achieve business objectives for inventory and service.
• Manage raw and semi‑finished material stock at the mills, keeping levels aligned with targets and guaranteeing operational continuity.
• Support regional promotional activities in line with commercial plans.
• Provide statistical inventory management and drive year‑over‑year inventory optimisation.
• Champion best‑practice S&OP and business planning processes across product supply and functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BA, BSc or equivalent).
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with experience motivating teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Minimum 5 years of supply‑chain experience, specifically in planning.
• Proven ability to operate under pressure in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.
