Product Marketing Manager

About the role

OurRitual is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how its relationship‑support products are positioned, launched, and grown throughout the customer journey. You will act as a performance‑driven growth partner, turning funnel and lifecycle data into strategic marketing decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product marketing, including positioning, messaging, competitive intelligence, and go‑to‑market planning for new features, offers, and programs.
• Partner with Product Managers early in the roadmap to translate product decisions into customer‑facing narratives and launch plans.
• Collaborate with lifecycle and retention teams to optimise messaging and offers across onboarding, activation, retention, and win‑back stages.
• Analyse performance and product data directly to inform positioning and campaign tactics.
• Align top‑of‑funnel acquisition messaging with downstream conversion and retention insights.
• Work with content partners to brief and sharpen customer‑facing copy without managing day‑to‑day production.
• Proactively identify market opportunities and gaps, propose plans, and prioritise your own roadmap.
• Maintain a big‑picture view of product growth, pushing back on plans when necessary.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in product marketing or a closely related growth/marketing role, preferably within a subscription or consumer product company.
• Proven experience collaborating with lifecycle or retention marketing and a solid understanding of down‑funnel optimisation.
• Strong data literacy: able to work directly with performance data, draw conclusions, and translate them into strategy.
• Track record of self‑directed work, capable of defining problems, prioritising independently, and delivering results without constant supervision.
• Excellent judgment for balancing big‑picture strategy with detailed execution.
