Product Marketing Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Product Marketing Leader to own the storytelling and positioning of our AI‑driven insurance products. The role sits at the crossroads of product strategy, customer insight and marketing execution, ensuring a consistent narrative across all customer touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own positioning, messaging and USPs for new products, features and strategic initiatives.
• Translate product strategy into clear, differentiated customer value that resonates across segments.
• Shape launch narratives from early go‑to‑market alignment with product teams through post‑launch optimization.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative customer research to uncover motivations, needs and objections, and use insights to refine messaging.
• Guide copy and narrative direction for landing pages, lifecycle emails and marketing funnels.
• Improve conversion and feature adoption by continuously testing, measuring and iterating on messaging.
• Embed messaging strategy early in product development to reduce go‑to‑market friction.
• Partner with leadership and cross‑functional teams (Product, Growth, Design, Marketing) to align on go‑to‑market strategy and customer‑facing communication.

Required profile

• 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a product‑led environment.
• Proven track record of owning positioning and messaging for products and features.
• Strong experience leading product launches from narrative development to performance measurement.
• Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative research to shape positioning.
• Data‑informed approach with measurable impact on conversion, adoption or product understanding.
• Excellent cross‑functional partnership skills.
