Product Manager - Book with AI

About the role

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Book with AI product, covering hotels, rental cars, and rail travel. You will own the end‑to‑end experience, turning complex business‑travel bookings into a natural, trustworthy process that feels like working with an expert travel agent.

Key responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, roadmap and execute across the full travel journey – from intent understanding to post‑booking support.
• Shape conversational and UI experiences, ensuring clear sequencing, handoffs and expectations for multi‑leg trips.
• Partner with engineering, design, AI/ML, data and domain experts to improve search, ranking, personalization and policy compliance.
• Lead experimentation on flows, recommendations and booking surfaces with measurable hypotheses.
• Establish a robust feedback loop: prioritize bug findings, investigate production conversations, connect issues to root causes and validate fixes.
• Set goals and evaluation criteria for AI behavior, focusing on task completion, conversion, time to book and user satisfaction.

Required profile

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments and able to create clarity without perfect information.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret user feedback, evaluation results and data‑driven insights.
• Passion for AI‑native products and a track record of delivering impactful product outcomes.

Required skills

• Experience leading cross‑functional product teams in technology or travel domains.
• Understanding of conversational AI, intent recognition and recommendation systems.
• Ability to define product metrics such as conversion, CSAT, trust and repeat usage.
