Product Manager - AI Security

About the role

Cato Networks is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead its AI Security group, shaping the future of AI‑driven cybersecurity solutions on a cloud‑native platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify emerging AI security challenges, opportunities, and customer requirements.
• Define and drive product strategy for AI Security initiatives across the platform.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and lead cross‑functional execution.
• Define product requirements and oversee implementation of new AI Security capabilities.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery.
• Collaborate with engineering, security research, design, sales, marketing, and executive leadership.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B product management experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record building and delivering security products.
• Strong domain expertise in cloud security, data protection, application security, threat detection, or security operations.
• Experience with AI‑powered products, generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, and AI platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives from concept to launch.
• Technical background as a software engineer, security engineer, researcher, or similar.
