Product Design Lead

About the role

Overwolf is looking for a senior‑level Product Design Lead to shape the experience of its Apps Platform, the ecosystem that powers in‑game creators and enhances gamer experiences. You will act as the Design Architect of the Apps Realm, guiding how millions of creators and gamers interact with the Developer Console, documentation, client, and App Store.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end design process, from concept through delivery, ensuring high‑quality, impactful user experiences.
• Lead platform‑level design initiatives and help define the overall design strategy for the Apps Platform.
• Collaborate closely with Product, R&D, stakeholders, and the Director of Product Design to shape and execute the product vision.
• Participate in product vision, discovery, and planning sessions to identify innovation opportunities.
• Balance deep, long‑term product work with rapid concepting when needed.
• Develop and evolve the Design System, maintaining consistency across Overwolf products.
• Mentor and guide other designers, sharing best practices and fostering design excellence.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on product design experience with end‑to‑end ownership of complex projects.
• Experience designing for developer‑facing or technical platforms, simplifying complex concepts.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles, information architecture, and design systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive, self‑driven mindset.
• A gamer at heart with deep understanding of gamer needs and habits.
