Product Compliance Counsel

About the role

This position is based in Israel and offers the chance to shape compliance strategies for innovative digital products used worldwide. You will work at the intersection of law, technology, marketing, and product development in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure products, marketing initiatives, and business processes comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operational teams to assess risks and provide legal guidance.
• Review and approve product specifications, user journeys, monetisation models, and digital features.
• Support product compliance audits, incident‑response processes, and corrective‑action implementation.
• Review marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and promotional claims for alignment with consumer‑protection regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting digital products, AI governance, advertising, and platform regulations.
• Communicate legal updates and assist teams in implementing required operational changes.
• Develop compliance awareness initiatives, including internal training, onboarding resources, and documentation.

Required profile

• Law degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) with strong knowledge of digital product regulations.
• Deep understanding of EU and US consumer‑protection laws.
• Experience with marketing and advertising compliance across EU and US markets.
• Familiarity with digital legislation, technology regulations, and AI‑governance frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving technology environment.
• Strong business judgment combined with legal expertise.
