Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to ensure production aligns with customer needs. The role involves planning materials and resources, generating production plans for both in‑house and contract manufacturers, and measuring performance across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ERP master data and coordinate material planning with the Purchasing department.
• Generate weekly production and RMA plans for internal production and contract manufacturers.
• Plan resources based on quarterly and annual forecasts.
• Verify material availability and control production/RMA performance for both internal and contract manufacturing.
• Oversee contract manufacturers’ production, supplies, and performance metrics.
• Communicate purchase orders, delivery changes, and status reports to customers and internal teams.
• Support Global Supply Chain, affiliates, and Technical Services with information exchange.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and corporate policies.

Required profile

• First‑degree or practical engineering diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in planning or logistics using an ERP system (student positions considered).
• Good knowledge of English (spoken, written, reading).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
