Procurement Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to manage and expedite purchase orders with local and international suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and supporting the organization’s operational needs. The role acts as a vital link between the procurement team, suppliers and internal stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Daily tracking of all open purchase orders.
• Communicating with local and international suppliers to expedite deliveries and obtain status updates.
• Identifying delivery delays and supply risks, escalating them to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinating delivery dates with suppliers and internal teams.
• Handling expediting, postponements, and changes to purchase orders.
• Updating delivery information in the ERP system.
• Generating tracking and control reports on open purchase orders and supplier performance.
• Collaborating with Warehouse, Production Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve supply issues.
• Supporting Buyers with operational matters related to suppliers.
• Participating in performance improvement initiatives and procurement process optimization.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, expediting, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience working with an ERP system (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Priority) is a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment and under pressure.
• Service‑oriented mindset with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to track multiple tasks simultaneously.
