Procurement Buyer

About the role

We are a leading technology manufacturing company seeking a Procurement Buyer to join our small, professional team. You will be responsible for sourcing mechanical, electronic and electro‑mechanical components, supporting both global procurement and import/export activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement of mechanical, electronic and electro‑mechanical parts.
• Engage with local and international suppliers, conduct negotiations and issue RFQs.
• Oversee purchase orders, monitor costs, inventory levels and delivery schedules.
• Support import/export and broader supply‑chain processes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, R&D and Warehouse teams.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on procurement experience in manufacturing, technology, defense or electronics.
• Experience purchasing mechanical, electronic and electro‑mechanical components.
• Proven ability to work with global suppliers.
• Technical understanding of drawings, bills of materials and specifications.
• Strong English proficiency and advanced Excel skills.
