Processes & Packaging Technician

About the role

The Processes & Packaging Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining automatic or semi‑automatic machinery in a continuous production environment. You will ensure that all process parameters meet the required specifications while following engineering documentation and standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and related equipment, monitoring meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, and pressures.
• Follow engineering drawings, work orders, SOPs, and manufacturing assembly procedures to guarantee product quality.
• Install, modify, move, troubleshoot, repair, and dismantle machinery according to documented layouts and blueprints.
• Perform calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, and electrical/electronic systems using hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures.

Required profile

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards.
