PPC Campaign Manager (Mid-Level) – Digital Agency

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level PPC Campaign Manager to join our fast‑paced digital agency. You will act as a strategic partner for a diverse portfolio of clients, owning multi‑channel paid campaigns and driving measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and other platforms.
• Serve as the main client contact, translating data into clear insights and delivering regular performance reviews.
• Achieve client KPIs such as ROAS, CPL and other ROI targets.
• Analyse performance using GA4, Looker Studio and Google Tag Manager to inform optimisation.
• Collaborate with creative, video and content teams to produce high‑converting ads and landing pages.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates and new platform features.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on PPC management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage client expectations.
• Highly analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem‑solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines.
