Post Production Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Post Production Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day execution of our Hermes playable‑ads production team. Working in a fast‑moving, technically‑driven environment, you will keep production stable, clear, and continuously moving from onboarding to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily execution flow of playable‑ads production, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Align production priorities, tasks, and team effort with business needs and delivery commitments.
• Allocate daily tasks across Auditors, HTML5 developers, and support functions based on workload and availability.
• Act as the production gatekeeper, removing blockers and securing required inputs on time.
• Maintain operational visibility of active production status, deadlines, risks, and blockers.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders to keep everyone aligned.
• Analyze production data to spot risks, recurring issues, and areas needing attention.
• Identify friction points in the workflow and propose practical improvements.
• Support adoption of new workflows, tools, and automation as the process evolves.
• Coordinate onboarding and process alignment for new team members.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, project or production management.
• Proven ability to manage day‑to‑day production flow across multiple teams.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail, risk identification, and deadline management.
• Comfortable working with internal tools, AI‑driven workflows, and technical environments.
• Data‑oriented mindset, able to work with reports, dashboards, and operational insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
