Planner – Supply Chain & Inventory Management

About the role
Managing and optimizing supply chain processes. Ensuring efficient inventory management while meeting customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage global inventory levels for warehouses abroad.
- Run periodic MRP to ensure safety stock targets are met.
- Plan production for main suppliers, prioritising based on demand, material availability and customer orders.
- Control monthly parts costs.
- Create monthly inventory reports for top management.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts in all local and global warehouses.
- Perform data analysis and forecasting using ERP systems and Excel to predict demand and improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross‑departmentally with production, procurement, logistics, sales operations and customer service teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent (last‑year students accepted).
- Minimum 2 years experience as a planner in an industrial environment.
- High level of spoken and written English.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems.
