Pharmacovigilance (PV) Associate

About the role

GSK is looking for a Pharmacovigilance (PV) Associate to support its safety team in Israel. You will ensure that safety data and related systems are accurate, compliant, and timely, contributing directly to patient safety and GSK’s mission to get ahead of disease.

Key responsibilities

• Review, extract and monitor adverse event (AE) data from spontaneous and solicited sources in safety databases.
• Perform quality checks, reconciliations and basic case triage to guarantee data completeness.
• Maintain pharmacovigilance agreements, safety documentation and document repositories.
• Run database listings, generate reports and support metric collection.
• Liaise with local operating companies, vendors and internal teams to resolve data queries.
• Provide administrative and system support for PV processes, including mailbox triage and document archiving.

Required profile

• Pharmacist with a valid Israeli license.
• 1–4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety.
• Strong attention to detail and experience with data entry, reconciliation or database work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Hebrew and English.
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment and responding to stakeholders promptly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with web‑based applications.
• Familiarity with safety databases such as Argus or Veeva.
• Knowledge of ICSR processing and local regulatory reporting requirements (preferred).
