Performance Manager / Media Buyer

About the role

TechBiz Global is seeking an experienced Performance Manager / Media Buyer to expand our client’s performance advertising activities. You will onboard new advertisers and affiliates, manage campaigns, and ensure optimal traffic performance while collaborating closely with internal media buying and publisher teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle full‑cycle onboarding for performance advertisers and affiliate partners, including signing insertion orders and setting up tracking.
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns using EZmob’s internal tools, matching offers to the best traffic sources.
• Analyze key performance indicators (CR, EPC, ROI, CPA) to continuously improve campaign results.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for advertisers and affiliates, providing regular reporting and troubleshooting postback or traffic issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, affiliate management, or media buying.
• Proven track record signing and managing insertion orders, tracking postbacks, and running CPA/CPL/CPI campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate landscape and data‑driven optimization.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
