About the role
NESS, a leading IT services provider in Israel, is looking for a PC Technicians Team Lead to oversee its internal IT support function. The role involves managing a team of technicians, ensuring high‑quality service delivery to all employees, and acting as a liaison with external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the IT support team on a daily basis.
- Provide hands‑on technical support for hardware, software, iOS, Android and Microsoft 365/Office 365 issues.
- Manage tickets, service requests and incidents in line with established SLAs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to resolve complex problems.
- Maintain documentation, processes and reporting for the support function.
Required profile
- High level of English (written, verbal, reading).
- Proven experience managing a team of technicians.
- Experience working in a business environment and collaborating with global teams.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and leadership abilities.
