PC Technician – Installation & Support

About the role

Comblack is looking for a skilled PC Technician to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining Windows workstations, supporting peripheral devices and providing on‑site technical assistance to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain Windows desktop computers and laptops.
• Set up and troubleshoot peripheral equipment such as printers and projectors.
• Provide first‑line technical support to end users in the field.
• Maintain user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Assist with basic network tasks, including TCP/IP and Wi‑Fi connectivity issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in PC/Help‑Desk/Field support.
• Strong knowledge of workstation installation, maintenance and peripheral devices.
• Proficiency with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Familiarity with basic network infrastructure (TCP/IP, Wi‑Fi).
• Ability to work independently on‑site; a valid Class B driving licence is a plus.
