PC Support Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a PC Support Specialist to join a leading defense industry company. The role involves delivering professional technical assistance to internal users and maintaining workstation reliability in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve technical issues reported through the support centre.
• Provide ongoing support for users and workstations, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Install, prepare, and configure desktop computers and related software.
• Replace, relocate, and set up computers and other technological equipment.
• Install peripheral devices and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Interact directly with internal users, delivering high-quality, courteous service.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in PC/IT support.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Experience installing computers and peripheral equipment.
• Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
