אודות התפקיד

טכנאי PC אחראי על טיפול בתקלות משתמשי הקצה, ביצוע התקנות והחלפת חומרה של ציוד מחשוב, ומתפקד כ‑TIER 1 בתמיכה במחשבים. העבודה מתבצעת במשמרות 24/6.

אחריות מרכזית

טיפול בתקלות חומרה ותוכנה מול משתמשי הקצה.
התקנת עמדות עבודה וציוד מחשוב.
החלפת ציוד מחשוב תקול וניהול מלאי.
מענה טלפוני לקריאות שירות.

פרופיל נדרש

ניסיון של לפחות שנה כטכנאי PC בארגון או בצבא.
יכולת עבודה במשמרות 24/6.
יכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות.

כישורים נדרשים

שליטה מלאה במערכות הפעלה Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019/365.
ידע בתוכנות Microsoft Office.
ניסיון בתיקון מדפסות, סורקים והחלפת חומרה.
ניסיון בתמיכה בתחנות קצה וניהול מלאי ציוד מחשוב.
