Part‑time Remote Salesforce Instructor

About the role

HPI – High-Tech Professions Institute is seeking a part‑time remote Salesforce Instructor to join its teaching team. The role involves delivering practical Salesforce training that equips learners with the skills needed to start careers in technology.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live online lessons for the Salesforce Implementer program.
• Teach Salesforce administration and configuration, covering objects, relationships, user management, permissions, reports, dashboards, and Flow automation.
• Introduce practical Sales Cloud and Service Cloud use cases.
• Guide students through exercises and a final implementation project based on business requirements.
• Provide constructive feedback and help students troubleshoot challenges.
• Contribute to course materials, demonstrations, and practical assignments.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience administering or implementing Salesforce in business environments.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security, data management, and automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical Salesforce solutions.
• Clear communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping others learn.
• Fluency in Hebrew and ability to work with technical materials in English.
• Availability to teach scheduled live sessions and provide consistent support throughout the course.
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience and relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
