Overseas Fundraising Call Center Representative

About the role

Leket Israel is seeking an enthusiastic Overseas Fundraising Call Center Representative to engage English‑speaking donors. You will work from our Raanana office, providing phone and email support while promoting the organization’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Contact English‑speaking donors by phone and email using Salesforce CRM.
• Engage donors, share updates on Leket Israel’s activities, and encourage continued support.
• Provide customer support for the Gift Site, answering donor inquiries.
• Follow a shift schedule of Sunday to Wednesday, 16:30‑22:30, with hybrid work after training.
• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions in the CRM.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in spoken and written English (mandatory).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (mandatory).
• Familiarity with American culture is an advantage.

• Salesforce (CRM) usage.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
