Operations Planner

About the role

The Operations Planner translates demand into practical production and inventory plans while balancing capacity, material availability, and service levels. This role works across functions to keep operations running smoothly and respond quickly to change.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain production, supply, and inventory plans based on demand and business priorities.
• Adjust plans quickly in response to capacity, supply, or operational changes.
• Resolve supply, production, and delivery issues by coordinating with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, sales, marketing, and R&D.
• Track KPIs, analyze trends, and prepare reports and dashboards to support operational decisions.
• Participate in S&OP processes and drive process improvements that increase efficiency and visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain or operations planning.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• SQL or similar data‑analysis tools.
