Operations Manager

About the role

QuantHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to join its HR & Operations team. This role will be the friendly face of the company, ensuring a smooth, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors while supporting finance and people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise office maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and services to keep the workspace pleasant, clean, and secure.
• Manage office equipment, supplies, inventory, and technology needs.
• Oversee the full employee life‑cycle, including onboarding and off‑boarding procedures.
• Plan and execute company events, celebrations, and special occasions to foster a positive culture.
• Coordinate travel logistics such as flights and accommodations for team members.
• Provide administrative support to co‑founders for meeting and conference scheduling.
• Collaborate with finance to handle invoices, track expenses, manage office budgets, and compile attendance reports for payroll.
• Maintain organized, up‑to‑date company records and filing systems.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in operations, office management, or people operations.
• High emotional intelligence and professionalism when handling personal information.
• Trustworthy, approachable, and able to create a comfortable environment for all staff.
• Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and a “can‑do” mindset.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt effectively.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
