Operations Control Center Operator (Student Position)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join Mobileye’s Operations Control Center in Jerusalem. The role involves 24/7 monitoring of security and safety systems across all Mobileye campuses and supporting incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, intrusion detection, fire alarm, elevator and other safety systems using digital platforms.
• Track wall‑to‑wall security displays and manage access‑control alerts.
• Respond to incidents, create and route tickets to the appropriate teams and follow them through closure.
• Answer internal and external service calls and assist operations teams with general tasks.

Required profile

• Available for shift work 24/7, including nights, weekends and holidays (minimum three shifts per week).
• Experience in a digital work environment; prior experience in an operations, military or security command centre is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and communicate fluently in Hebrew and English.
• Completed military or national service, strong work ethic and service‑oriented attitude.
