דרוש/ה אח/ות חדר ניתוח מנוסה לבי"ח הרפטי הרצליה מדיקל סנטר!מיקום: שדרות אלי לנדאו 7, הרצליה פיתוח (עם נוף לים).עבודה במשמרות (מינימום 5 בשבוע), ימים א’-ו’ כולל (ללא שבת, ללא ערבי חג וחגים).שכר ותנאים מעולים למתאימים!במסגרת התפקיד:פעילות עפ"י נהלים, תוך הקפדה על כללי הבטיחות וטכניקה אספטית, תוך שמירה על כבודו של המטופל.הדרכה והדגמת מיומנויות ספציפיות לאחיות חדשות.- התעדכנות בכל החידושים בתחום הניתוחים השונים והמכשור החדש.דיווח במערכת הממוחשבת בזמן אמת את הדו"ח הסעודי, ובדו"ח של פריטי הציוד המצאות הפריטים כרשום.דיווח לאחראית המשמרת על כל תקלה או בעיה שהתעוררה בחדר הניתוח בו האח/ות מופקד/ת.הכרה והבנה של מהלך הניתוח, האנטומיה והפיזיולוגיה של האיבר המנותח.דרישות התפקיד:תואר ראשון בסיעוד ממוסד מוכר ע"י המל"ג - חובה.קורס על בסיסי בחדר ניתוח - חובה.ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים מבי"ח ציבורי - חובה.עברית ברמת שפת אם ואנגלית ברמה טובה.יכולת עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת.עבודת צוות, תקשורת בינאישית, אמינות, אסרטיביות, סמכותיות ואחריות.
